News » Bosch increased its capital to 130 million euros in the Vietnam plant
Robert Bosch Vietnam Co., Ltd. has officially announced increased investment in additional Euro 130 million, bringing the total investment from 2015 to 230 million euros (322 million dollars) for factory-belt use for cars in Long Thanh (Dong Nai).
With this increased investment will increase the plant's capacity from 3.2 million to 4.3 million in 2015 belt.
Vo Quang Hue, CEO of the company said, to meet the increasing demand globally for its product line, increasing the amount of capital investment will be used to develop intensive production to always the first to produce parts belt. This will help the company to produce-belt continuously variable from the first stage to the last stage ... ". The project has disbursed 90 million euros for the first plant to go into operation from May 4/2011. The remaining funds will be used in the construction of the factory 2nd (next door going operation) will start in the third quarter of this year and completed in 2014. All products are for export.
It is reported that in fiscal year 2011, Bosch successfully operating in Vietnam market with a total net revenue of 157.5 million euros (220.5 million dollars), up 75% compared to 2010. This dramatic increase is mainly due to large amounts of orders belt factory in Vietnam by manufacturers. This is why Bosch decided to increase investment more than doubled for this plant in Vietnam.
